Oops, I did it again

I’m SO very sorry for the Britney reference in the title there, but ugh, I really did do it again.  I fell off the blogging wagon.  I actually manage my office’s blog (duabroad.com), so I’m on wordpress every single day, but just not for my own blog.  

The other reason is the one I mentioned a couple posts ago — we no longer really live in a wee house.  As of August 31st, Matt and I purchased our first home together.  And it is nearly triple the size of the last one.  We are now living in a whopping 2,000 square feet home.  

But.  I have decided I will keep the blog name the same for two reasons:

1. It’s all relative.  I was talking to a coworker about our growing living space, and she said she was just starting to consider that her house (for her and her son) is perhaps too large… but maybe not.  She has a 2,500 sq ft home.  For two people.  And definitely not growing.  So, it made me a feel like maybe we don’t quite live in a mansion, considering it’s for 3 people, 1 dog, and hopefully growing family in the future.  So it’s an “American wee,” I suppose.
2. “Wee” can be a term of endearment, right?

So, once again, I pledge myself to re-asserting my blogging efforts.  See you again, soon, with more about our new house.
